Apparently, the conditions the next PM of our country should fulfill are - should drive a Mercedes, be good-looking and be on social networking sites, according to a recent Yahoo article. Hmmm are we really short listing here for a PM? Of course, the article mentions that these are qualities required in addition to the basic qualities a leader of a country should have. But still, if he/ she would have time to be popular on social networking sites, wouldn’t it mean he/ she might be slacking off a little bit on his/ her millions of to-do lists for the country? Just my two cents worth – I think we are asking a little too much for where we are now. The very first thing our country needs is a good leader with a vision –even if he/ she is not so young, not so good-looking and balding (applicable only to men).
