The time line For the Chandrayan

6.22am | Blast off on schedule from Sriharikota

6.40am | PSLV C11 places Chandrayaan into temporary orbit around the earth.

Next 15 Days | Chandrayaan will move into higher elliptical orbits around Earth.

After 15 Days | Chandrayaan will enter lunar orbit, 3,87,000 kn from the earth; will be eased into stable orbit 100 km above Moon.

At First Opportunity | Chandrayaan will drop 23-kg Moon Impact Probe, Carrying Indian Flag and scientific instruments. Cameras other instruments will be activated.
